Performance management
Metric module allows data collection, analysis, visualization and consolidation
The primary purpose of data collection and analysis in a management system is to transform raw data into strategic insights to optimize business processes, support evidence-based decisions, identify and mitigate risks, and drive growth.
Main Objectives and Benefits:
- Improved Decision Making: Enables you to make informed, strategic, data-driven decisions, reducing risk and improving outcomes.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, allowing you to reduce costs, increase productivity and improve quality standards.
- Monitoring and Control: Monitor business performance in real time, enabling immediate corrective action.
- Forecasting and Risks: Use predictive models to anticipate future trends and identify risks or opportunities early.
These terms are used in this form
- Indicator: type of data that must be collected or calculated
- Data Set: a series of indicators listed and coordinated to respond to a specific analysis project. It also defines the frequency of data collection and the applicability to the various locations.
- Campaign: defines a data collection defined by time interval. During a campaign, the various offices record and validate the data.
- Questionnaire: represents the collection of data for a specific location and for a defined period of time. For a level 0 location, the data is recorded by the editor; for higher-level locations, the data is taken from lower-level locations by addition or calculation.
- Editor : is the user responsible for recording data
- Approver : is the user authorized to verify the consistency of the recorded data and make it available for the next phase
- Level 0 locations: These are the locations where the data is generated. Higher-level locations consolidate data from lower-level locations.
- Consolidate: generally refers to the sum of data collected from the hierarchically lower-level locations. For some indicators, a calculation function will be applied (e.g., absenteeism rate), while for others, it will simply be the sum (e.g., the amount of CO2 produced as Scope 1).
